1. General Return Policy

We accept returns for most items purchased from KNP GARDEN, with the exception of the following:

  • Perishable goods such as live plants (unless damaged during delivery).

  • Customized products like personalized planters or garden designs.

  • Opened soil, fertilizers, or pesticides, due to health and safety concerns.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery or purchase. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.


2. How to Return an Item

If you’d like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at support@knpgarden.com or calling our customer service team at 052 756 7797.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return label (if applicable).

  4. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and return them to the address provided by our team.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item or damaged goods).


3. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Plants or perishable items must not be harmed or damaged due to improper care after delivery.

Items not meeting these criteria may not be eligible for return or refund.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds for products will be issued within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged items).

  • If your item is marked as “non-returnable”, a refund will not be processed.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@knpgarden.com or call 052 756 7797 within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or full refund based on the condition of the item.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product.

  • The order number and a description of the damage.

  • Packaging details (if applicable).

We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item at our expense.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you can return the product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned due to their nature, including:

  • Live Plants: Once delivered, live plants are considered perishable items and cannot be returned unless damaged during delivery.

  • Custom Products: Customized planters, garden designs, and other made-to-order products.

  • Opened or Used Items: Soil, fertilizers, or pesticides that have been opened or used cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the items have not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after receiving the product.
